Orders & Postage

Orders placed with us will not be accepted and no contract will be formed between us until you have been instructed that said goods are available and applicable charges have been paid in full.  We will confirm our acceptance of your order once funds have cleared by email.


The prices displayed on www.64south.co.uk are liable to change at any time, however prices will not affect orders that we have confirmed.  Prices do not include P&P which will be additional.


Most orders wherever possible are dispatched by the next working day. If any items are out of stock we will advise you as soon as possible.  Postage charges are as follows:

UK Mainland Standard Delivery:  £4.95 (2-4 working days)

UK Next Working Day Delivery: £7.50 (for orders placed before 3pm excluding Saturday and Sunday)

Collection from SW15: Free

For International deliveries please contact hello@64south.co.uk for a cost.

Lost parcels

We must be informed of parcels that have not arrived as soon as possible, certainly within 7 working days of the confirmed order date.  Failure to do this can affect our ability to trace the parcel and issue any refund due.


Easy Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return an item, please follow our Returns Procedure:

You must notify us at hello@64south.co.uk to inform us that you intend to return the goods. All items must be returned in new, unworn and unused condition within 7 days after receipt. 64South will not accept returns of non-faulty items that have been worn or used. In such cases,  the item will be returned to the customer.

If you would like a refund we will credit the original purchaser’s account for the sum paid minus postage costs. Please note that postage costs will apply for exchanges. Please send all returns to:

Please note that the customer is responsible for all postage costs incurred when returning items. 64South will not offer a refund on returned items which are lost or damaged in the post and therefore strongly recommend that items are returned using registered post and that you keep proof of a postage certificate.

64South will only reimburse postage costs in the case of faulty, damaged or incorrect supply of goods. Once the item has been approved for returning we will credit the original purchaser’s card for the sum paid minus postage costs. Sale items are non-refundable.  Please note that refunds can take up to 28 days to process.


Please ensure that the email address you supply is correct. All order confirmations will be sent to this address and it is your responsibility that your mailbox is in proper working order.
